History

“Triada-TV” was established in 1992 in Novosibirsk by a group of radio-electronic engineers and scientists.

“Triada-TV” provides radio and TV broadcasting equipment such as:
- analog TV transmitters with output power up to 25 kW,
- FM transmitters with output power up to 5 kW,
- DVB-T transmitters with output power up to 5 kW (rms),
- transmitter power combiners (bridges),
- RF devices:
- filters
- directional couplers
- coaxial adapters
- dummy loads
- etc.

The company is the leader in these fields occupying more then a half of a consumer market in Russia.

“Triada-tv” grows with great steps and is aimed at quality and reliability control, products safety and research and development. All company performance and its products are directly related to the quality and the training of its personnel.

The company pays much attention to the customer needs. Through the years of cooperation with leading broadcasting centers we have found the most optimal way for broadcasting equipment installation. Therefore we are able to take into account of needs and specific terms of a customer's order.

“Triada-TV” actively collaborates with institutes and universities for development of its own staff in order to maintain technology in the design and manufacture for its products. The partnership with Novosibirsk State Technical University during the last 10 years has been being the corner stone of most key research works and personnel trainings. The candidates of science and doctor of science take part in research works in our company.

Research and Development

“Triada-TV” has a specific approach to projects development that is based upon the experience and technical skills of highly qualified specialists.

For design and research work the company uses:
- fast 3D simulation software for the design and analysis of passive higher frequency devices,
- software for nonlinear circuits analysis in large-signal operation by means of harmonic balance and Volter- Winer polynomial expansion,
- measurement equipment for the testing RF signals,
- software for 3D and 2D transmitter parts simulation (PCB, output devices, supporting frames and etc.) and automated equipment.

Fabrication and control

“Triada-TV” production is equipped with several production lines for each general category of its products, thus satisfying modern needs for a streamlined production process and at the same time implementing its renowned flexibility. All production is tested after each main operation cycle. The final production control and test run are realized at the special department equipped with modern measuring devices.

Simultaneously several tens of transmitters can be tested at the test run department. Thus we can test our production for a long period and find all assembly defects (if defects exist).

Information system.

“Triada-TV” has a server network connected by an Ethernet Lan. All technical documentation including testing protocols and circuit designs are located on a server. The web site shows all information of our production and can be useful for the customers.

Packing and Shipping

The company has special packaging department and packaging facilities provide for the efficient handling of parts and finished products in accordance with international standards as required for land, sea or air shipments.

Quality management system

The company is certified according to the ISO9001(internation standard) and GOST 9001(russian standard).
Quality management has its main purpose to provide customers with high quality equipment and make them sure about fast and accurate technical support.

Training

The company knows the importance of the relationships between the development of the company and customers and attends to training of the personnel.
We have two directions.

1. Training personnel by means of inviting them to the Novosibirsk.
The customer personnel studies the principle of operation and exploitation of the transmitter, structure and connection all cables including antenna feeders. Then they have a real practice of transmitter exploitation (installation all units, tuning TV exciters, amplifiers, powerful output devices and digital control units). Depending on the personnel qualification the studying lasts 1 or 2 weeks.

2. Training the customers personnel on the transmitter installation places (TV centers).
The special instruction about transmitter exploitation can be took after transmitter installation and starting by “Triada-TV” personnel. At the same time, the customer personnel can take part in installation(connection cables, starting, tuning and etc. ) of the transmitter.

After sales service

The company places a high priority on after sales service and maintenance. “Triada-TV” reputation ensures to all customers in all aspects of operation.

After sales service includes:

- supporting with all technical documentation including circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, block diagrams.
- training of the customers personnel
- production installation provided by skilled personnel
- diagnostics and evaluation services on components and systems
- spare parts
- direct sales assistance or skilled personnel departure

Completed projects

The company equipment is used by all regions of Russia. During the last 3 years “Triada-TV” is broadcasting leader providing 60%; of the consumer market in Russian Federation.

The company is the absolute leader in Russia in the field of solid state analog transmitters production with maximum output power up to 25 kW.

“Triada-TV” took part in broadcast reestablishment for TV center “Ostankino” . From 2001 the 6th, 25th, 31st and 51st TV channels have been broadcasting the using “Triada-TV” equipment.

The company is the supplier of TV and radio transmitters for Kazakhstan Republic.
There are 2 service centers in Kazakhstan Republic (Alma-Ata and Astana) and small assembling department of low-power transmitters in Alma-Ata.

“Triada-TV” is the general supplier of TV and radio transmitters for the Ministry of Communication of Turkmenistan.

The development and release of the digital DVB-T transmitter took place in 2006-2007. Now the output power can be up to 5000 W(rms).

At present DVB-T transmitters are supplied to next regions:

- Alma-Ata
-Tomsk region
-Ekaterinburg and suburbs
-Tver
-Kaluga and suburbs.
